Welcome Lions and Lions' guests to another informative presentation during our Luncheon on October 23, 2014. We will be meeting at the Texas Road House in the Union Landing Shopping Complex at 12:15 p.m. Our presenter will be Paul Eldredge, General Manager, of the Union Sanitary District. Paul will provide information about Union Sanitary District, which operates a 33 million gallon per day wastewater treatment facility in Union City and provides collection, treatment and disposal services to Fremont, Newark, and Union City - a total population of 334,600. The District maintains over 800 miles of underground pipeline in its service area, regulates commercial businesses and industries, and supports several programs that protect public health and the environment.
